Recently renovated with updated kitchen, flooring and luxury finishes. Enjoy the screened-in lanai with solar heated pool overlooking the wide waterfront canal. Neighboring Maximo Marina and Tiki Docks bar and grill just a walk away. Downtown St. Pete and St. Pete beach only a 10 minute drive, and 25 minutes to TPA. Large green space back yard with private 16k lbs boat lift available to renter. Private large hot tub, 2 car conditioned garage currently set up with a pool table, but still room for renters storage.
